Schedule: 6:00–6:30 – Games and activities (hopefully outdoors, weather permitting) 6:30–7:00 – Potluck dinner 7:00–7:30 – Awards and presentations 7:30–8:00 – More games and visiting, yearbook signing Who’s Invited? Players and their families are all invited to attend. We’re hoping this feels a little less like a typical team party and a little more like a casual graduation celebrating everything the Outlaws have accomplished. Having family there will help make it feel even more special for the players. Potluck Dinner: Please bring something to share Please avoid nuts Drinks, plates, cutlery, napkins, etc. will all be provided so need to bring any of those Games: Everyone is welcome to bring a favourite lawn game if you’d like (cornhole, KanJam, Smashball, etc.) Yearbooks: A huge thank-you to Charlene for all her work in creating the surprise yearbooks for the girls! Please don’t mention them to the players. We were able to use the team party budget to help offset the cost, but there is still a remaining cost of $24.52 per player. We realize this is an additional expense at the end of the season, and appreciate everyone’s flexibility and support in helping make the yearbooks possible for the girls. Paula has kindly fronted the cost of the yearbooks, so if you could e-transfer $24.52 to her at poteiza@hotmail.com, that would be greatly appreciated.
